WHAT IS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE?

THE EQ-I 2.0 MODEL
The EQ-i 2.0 features an overarching score in Emotional Intelligence, broken down into five composite scores which are then broken down into a total of 15 subscales. It addresses key questions such as:
